WHAT TO EAT
Chef Mark Bolton’s menu is a “greatest hits” of sorts, offering Naples-style pizza, buffalo cauliflower, spiced rubbed chicken wings, and carnitas tots, all made in-house, from scratch.
WHAT TO DRINK
Fear the Chancla
"Fear the Chancla" is not only fun to say but its smoky flavor and complexity is something other agave spirits can’t duplicate, courtesy of El Silencio. And perfectly complemented by the pungent, yet slightly sweet flavor of tamarind.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Mezcal El Silencio
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Tamarind Syrup
.5 oz. Cointreau
Fresh Cucumbers for Garnish
METHOD
In a shaker, combine all ingredients.
Shake for 15-20 seconds.
Serve in a rocks glass with tajin rim and cucumber garnish.
Enjoy!
