An Ode to Hemingway
Tacolicious—a cocktail centric, San Francisco-based taco joint—has a special place in its heart for the Papi Hemingway, a Mexican take on a daiquiri that Ernest Hemingway (affectionately known as "Papa" in Cuba) reportedly downed with enthusiasm while sitting at the El Floridita in Havana.

Papi Hemingway
All the elements of a classic daiquiri: rum, fresh lime, and Maraschino liqueur, with a special twist. Just ¾ ounce Mezcal El Silencio adds a brooding, sophisticated bit of smoke to what’s otherwise a bright, cheery cocktail.

.75 oz. Mezcal El Silencio

.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Diluted Agave (50/50)
4 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
2” Grapefruit Peel
